Got charged and didn't get premium

I got charged 5.43 from spotify while I was enlisting for student premium, but never received the premium nor was my school listed. Would I recieve my money back? If not, who would I contact to make sure my money is returned?

Don't worry. If your school wasn't eligible for the student discount and the payment shows as pending, this could explain things.
