HELP - Charged twice for 2 different account types on my account

Premium -> Student

Country

Canada

 

My Question or Issue

I switched my account plan from premium (9.99/month) to student  (4.99) and I got charged for both this month. Can I get a refund back for one of the payments???

I'm sorry to hear about this.

I'd recommend checking out Spotify's refund policy > Don't want Premium afterall? section for the next steps to take.
