HELP being charged wrong

 

I have spotify premium and I entered all my details correctly and checked several times to be sure but every month spotify is taking the money out of my mothers bank account? this shouldn't be happening and is very annoying cause ive updated and made sure it is my details attached to my account. I really need help sorting this out as it is annoying for the both of us
