My Question or Issue

 In July 2018 my spotify account was hacked. During the hack someone started using by account. They also changed the plan from premium to family. I quickly noticed the hack and changed the password and logged out of every device but I failed to notice change in type of account. recently when I was going through my credit card bill I fould that I was being chared 15 dollar instead of 9 dollar and that's when I noticed the change of account. I have cancelled the family account and changed back to premium but I would like to get a refund of extra money I was charged for family suscription from July to Dec as the change of account was not done by me.
