Can you let me know if you're trying to start a new subscription, or if you are trying to update an existing payment method? Also, can you let me know if you are getting any error messages when you try to change your payment method? If so, send me a screenshot of that error message (making sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

 

Also, can you try following these steps and let me know if that makes a difference?
