My Question or Issue

I just paid for premium today. Haven't yet got the receipt nor has it changed. The upgrade button still shows. What to do?

Thanks for getting in touch with us and welcome to the Community 🙂

 

We recommend checking your receipts page in order to see if your payment was successful. If you still can't see a charge for the plan you subscribed, you might have logged in to another account. Follow these steps to check if you have a secondary Spotify account. 

 

In case you experience the same after performing the steps above, it's a good idea to get in touch with your payment service provider. They can confirm for you if the transaction you processed went through or if the payment wasn’t successful.
