Help!

I love Spotify and been paying premium for awhile. I then switched to the family plan but I’m still paying for the premium when I’m now under someone else’s account. It’s charging us twice. I want my money back for those months. My family and I will continue paying for the family plan as long as this gets resolved. Thanks

If you’re seeing multiple charges from Spotify, then you maybe have a more than one Spotify account. Don't worry, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a great flow-chart to help you solve this problem.
