Hi I recharged for my premium subscription three days ago for 119 for

My Question or Issue

I recharged for my premium 3 days ago the amount was deducted though neither my premium subscription was started neither the amount has been returned.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.

 

For some payments it might take a couple of days until the charge is processed, so we'd recommend that you wait 48 hours to see if the payment shows up on your Receipts page and you get your Premium features. If it doesn't, you should soon receive your funds back automatically. 

 

Keep us posted on how it goes. Give us a shout if you have any other questions.

Well that's why I am writing here ma'am. Its has been more than 48hrs and still no improvement.

Hi I got a refund for my last transaction. I tried getting the same subscription i.e; 119 for 3 months and this time I tried with a different card and still I couldn't get my subscription started, even though the amount was deducted from my bank account.

You can start off by taking a look at this page to see if your cards meet all of our requirements. It's important that the card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. 

 

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.

 

If your issue persists, we'd recommend reaching out to your bank to get more info.
