How do I cancel my Spotify account. I follow all the instructions - my account says I have a free subscription but they have charged my credit card $14.99. I can’t find how to cancel it?

The same thing is happening to me. I am being charged $11.99 for an account I can't find, I want to close it. I have a Ref number on my credit card statement buthow do I get someone at SPotify to help trace it?

HELPFUL AT ALL! CANCEL MY ACCOUNT NOW IT. MY 11YEAR OLD MADE THE ACCOUNT AND NOW I AM BEING CHARGED $9.99 month for something we can't even use!!!!!! HE DOSENT remember the password but we think the email was *snip*..I cannot get into that email, to cancel it because he doesn't remember the password! Please stop charging my ACCOUNT for something my 11 year did! My next step is the better business bureau and to dispute the charges with my credit card company!! Call me or email something else besides a freakin automatic response email!!
