How do I change my credit card payment

How do I change my credit card payment

My Question or Issue: 
I am not able to find where I can change my credit card.  I do not see an 'UPDATE' option under 'Your Plan' per this article: https://support.spotify.com/us/article/update-payment-details/?ref=related
I only see Learn more about your plan, Change Plan, or Cancel Premium

When I go to 'Saved payment cards' it says No saved card.  But I am getting charged monthly.

Please help.  Thank you!

Hey @aleeny, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you try updating your payment details using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work, can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your Account Overview page? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Spotify Community.

I have tried Chrome and Edge on my desktop. Also tried in the app on my
phone. Still not seeing where to update payment info 😞

Thanks for your reply! I appreciate the screenshots however, I was not able to open them so I was not able to find the root cause of what was happening. 

 

Also, can you let me know what Spotify plan you're on?

Hey @aleeny

 

Thanks for the screenshot. Since you're a member of a Premium Duo plan, you won't be able to change the payment method for the plan. You would need to contact the owner of the Premium Duo plan as they have access to change the payment details for your plan.
