How do I switch from a Premium Family Plan to a Premium Individual Plan?

You can change to Individual here. Sometimes however that isn't possible directly from Family. If you're the owner of the plan, consider cancelling the subscription and waiting for the account to revert to free before resubscribing. If you're a member, just leave the plan and you can get your own Individual sub right away.
