Hi @31awrkzgak2sdp742tt5, and welcome to the Community!

Considering you're on a Family (or Duo) plan, your mother (or another member who is currently the manager) might be able to cancel the plan without any problems. Just ask them to log in their account and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the account page.
  2. Select Cancel plan, under Your plan at the top of the screen, or under Manage your plan.
  3. Continue through to the confirmation message.

The Premium plan stays until the next billing date, then the accounts switch to free.

plan but i cant becouse my lost account is the manager plan

Hey @31awrkzgak2sdp742tt5, I'm sorry for the confusion.

Have you tried recovering your Gmail account? If you haven't, you can click on the link below

https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery

Then just follow the steps to recover your email. Google will ask for previous passwords, linked phone numbers, or recovery emails.

Then, if you successfully recover your Gmail, just reset your Spotify password.

Otherwise you can message Spotify Support and one of the customer service experts will help you out.

Also, there's SpotifyCares Facebook page where you can direct message the staff for help.

Hope this is more helpful!
