About a few months ago I saw an option to prepay 12 months of premium individual for a discounted price but I don't know how to get to that menu anymore. It isn't in "manage my plan/billing". For context, I'm in Pakistan so maybe the option is no longer available for me but I don't know for sure and confirmation would be appreciated. I also am already paying the monthly individual plan.

You should be able to pay for a 12-month Premium Individual plan in your region using this link. Let me know if you still do not see that option.
