How to fix a problem with my individual plan?

So today 20th of April I just repaid my individual premium plan and it said that I will be charged again in 15 days it is supposed to be a month subscription right like 30 days. plus I paid in full too so if anyone from customer service or Spotify could help me out or clear things up that would be great.
