How to buy a gift card from Mexico for an account in Canada?

My dad lives in Ontario, Canada, and I live in Mexico City, MX. I want to buy a gift card for him, and I'm finding difficulties finding a provider that accepts international payments. Is there a way to pay for a Canadian e-gift card in Mexico?

Since you and your father live in two different countries if you buy a gift card in your country it won't work in Canada. As per terms of use for the Spotify gift cards the country registered with an account has to match the country in which the gift card was purchased.  

Your father can also get a gift card in Canada at some local retail stores that may sell them. PayPal offers Spotify gift cards as well which you can check out here.
