My Question or Issue

I am running Premium Student subscription (prepaid), but today I purchased Premium Duo (again prepaid) for me and my partner. However, I can't seem to change plans or invite her into the subscription.

 

My premium student subscription is going to end by 13/May.

Can you let me know what the status of your Spotify account says here? Also, did you already subscribe to Premium Duo, or are you unable to because you don't see an option to change plans?

My current plan is Premium for Students. It will end on 13th of May.

Thanks for the reply! You mentioned that you have already purchased Premium Duo. Does this mean you have already changed plans, or are you unable to?

Well, I did purchase Premium Duo, and can even see the receipt for it under the receipt section. I made the payment and got the receipt, but can't seem to find my plan anywhere else.

Thanks for the reply! First, make sure that you're logged into the right account. If you're unsure of your login details - you can follow these steps.

 

Once you've logged in - can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing on your Receipts page

The recent payment of Rs. 165 is the one for Premium Duo.
