Three Questions
I started with a kind of trial price for 4 months, which will end in the 5th September 2024.
1. I now want to continue Premium but with an YEARLY plan. However I cannot see such option, but there was one a few months ago. Did Spotify cancel that Yearly plan? If not, how can I activate it?
2. I was offered a voucher that gives me 6 months of Premium service.
I tried to activate it, but it tells me that it might cancel other offerings, so I did not activate it yet.
If and when I do activate it, will it add to the period still available in my account (now I still have a month left) or will it cancel any available period and just give me 6 months?
I want to be able to add it to whatever I currently have, and combine it with an yearly plan, if possible.
3. Is there any support email address that I can use to ask for these things? Because this is stuff that concerns to the company itself, so it's not the community than can help me on this...
