No payment methods are being accepted

the person that listed this complaint indicated that they just had to keep trying.  I am having the same problem.  I had to cancel my bank card/visa and everytime I try to enter a new payment method it doesn't work.  I have done all the things suggested.  same country,  ongoing payments, etc., etc.,  tried on android,  on computer, etc.,   HELP

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

 

Just to confirm, have you checked if your new payment method meets the following requirements? If you're not sure, we suggest that you double-check this info with your bank/card provider. 

 

If everything is fine on their end, could you try again from an incognito window? It's also worth trying while using a different internet connection.

I have a similar problem. Yesterday, I received a message that payment with my credit card hadn't been accepted. I went into my account, introduced the card number again and received a positive message from my bank saying that the payment had been succesfully processed. However, I still have the message in Spotify telling me that there is a problem with the credit card. Payment with this card has previously been accepted by spotify, so I don't understand this problem now. Could you please help me?

Do you get a specific error, or is there any information that may help us track down what could be causing this? Can I confirm whether you have looked at the support articles Eni posted and if any of the information there has been able to help you?
