How to log the account owner out of the account I'm paying for

Hi there,

The owner of my Spotify account is my ex, as we created the account, I agreed to pay for it. Now, my question is not how to stop paying for it, but rather how to log him out, so that he doesn't take advantage of me at least in that way. I want to keep my profile, too much music saved on it to lose it.

Since the account is under his name, this will be tricky since I cannot advise to log him out of his own account. However, since you are responsible for the payment, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
