Hi Ivan. .. or anyone from the Spotify team.
I wrote this to Ivan ( member of the support team) , but no response!
Could you PLEASE help me cancel my Premium account which I dont even have or use ?
I'm starting to get really angry about this !
- I followed every single impossible step to cancel the Premium !
It shows me Free account all the time ! But I'm being charged every month for premium which I dont have or use !
I'm not logged in with any other
account !
I'm not logged in via Facebook or anything else either !!!
Nobody else is using my log in detail or my card or anything else!
I got confirmation that the Premium was cancelled. But I was charged again !!
Can you please find out what's going on or just make the payments stop please !!
I dont wanna use spotify ever again and I will certainly not recommend it to anyone either !
This is just unbelievable!
I'm sending you all the screenshots I have as a proof !
Please help me out !
