How to use the audiobook top up I paid for in my Spotify app?

Paid for an audiobook top up, but it is not working in my Spotify app.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

You can track your Premium Listening time and Top-ups by following these steps:

 

Mobile app

 

  1. Swipe left or tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy.
  3. Go to Account and tap the name of your plan. This shows you the plan overview.
  4. Select Track your included hours and top ups.

Desktop

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Subscription, select Audiobook Listening Time.

If you recently bought a Top-up and it's not reflecting, try logging out and back in twice in a row. This will re-sync your app and account. Additionally, do you see any error when trying to listen to Audiobooks?

How can I find the available top up hours. It says I can keep listening with previously purchased top up hours but I can’t figure out how.
