Hulu Student Discount Deal Error

I used this Hulu link to guide me through setting up the conneciton between my Spotify Student Discount and Hulu Streaming, but under Account overview I do not have the option of selecting "activate Hulu".

Why do i not have this option and how can I fix this issue?

Go to http://spotify.sheerid.com and upload a photo of your current enrollment to the team. It will take the SheerID team about an hour or so to get back with you. Spotify and Hulu both made this more of a headache than it needed to be.

I did this last night, after an hour I did not have an email; yes, I checked my spam folder as well.

I entered my information and click "next step" but it automatically approved my student eligability. I tried creating a Hulu account, because it appears I need a hulu account to take advantage of the offer, but now Hulu won't accept my mastercard so this situation is almost a lost cause through difficulty.

I believe I’m having the same issue!

I’ve tried using two different Visa cards and it tells

me that it cannot process my request at this time Because of an error with my payment. (Yes my account has money on it) seems to be an annoying error so I can’t even take advantage of this deal.

Same problem here - i dont have “activate hulu” as an option

I also don't have the "activate hulu" option in my account and i just signed up for and was approved for spotify student.

I already have an account and typed in my info but it just sent me right back to the payment page, even though I already paid. It will not let me click on the upload a document until I put my payment info back in. I do not want them charging me again. What do I do?
