Hulu and Spotify not connecting with premium

My hulu and premium spotify account are not connecting for the college student subscription right now. Every time after logging in through hulu via spotify to set it up, it tells me they are having trouble accessing my accounts when it comes to the payment part. This has done this for 3 weeks now and im tired of it. And the hulu customers service phone wait is over 30 minutes... ridiculous!!

I got the student discount months ago and still cannot access Hulu . I’ve tried to activate it under account preferences but There is no option button for activation

I go to activcate the hulu account and the button is not there however I do have the student discount for spotify? I'm not sure what to do.

I had this issue as well. Opening the link to hulu in a new window and refreshing once or twice worked for me. I use Chrome, if that's relevant.

I'm having the same issue as well where there is no option to connect with Hulu. In fact, I connected my student account with Hulu a few months ago and it worked great. Until they revoked my student discount without warning. The $5 extra charge is the least of my concerns. I'm not sure if the issue stems from Spotify or Hulu, but I'd rather pay $4.99 per month for Apple Music since they deliver on their promises.

How is this still a problem? I had this issue months ago. I had to use Edge to view Hulu because this problem occured in Chrome but not Edge, I let my subscription lapse for months. I come back, now the problem is happening on both Chrome and Edge and for whatever reason Hulu still thinks I should pay them. This is fun. Can you just fix it already? This has been an issue since you first introduced student discounts.
