Hulu not activating for spotify student

I have the premium student plan which comes with showtime and hulu. Showtime activated just fine. Hulu shows my account is connected but it is not letting me access the site. It just offers plans to purchase even though I'm supposedly connected.

Could you try to go through the linking process one more time? Please access this link and make sure you're logged into your correct Spotify account. 

If it doesn't do the trick, please send us a screenshot showing what you see when you try to access Hulu. Just make sure to remove any personal information from the image.

I tried using this link, but it said my account was already linked and then rejected me whenever I tried to login. If I go to my spotify student account page, it says hulu is linked but then hulu never lets me login. What am I to do here?

Could you let us know which error you're seeing when trying to log in? A screenshot would come in handy to have a better look. Make sure not to include any private info.

Currently this offer can be activated if the user is in the US.

If you live in the US, you can head here and try again activating it. 

Alternatively you can head here to see all the available offers in your country.

This is stated on the Premium Student signup page. It reads: "Offer currently includes access to Hulu (ad-supported) plan and SHOWTIME Streaming Service, subject to eligibility. Open only to students at Title IV accredited institutions in the US. Terms apply."
