I was charged for a plan that I didn’t buy.

My Question or Issue

This is the message I got form my bank: 

Acabas de realizar una compra el 14/12/2021 a las 21:10 con tu tarjeta de credito *[Snip]* por $ 14,900 en SPOTIFY *[Snip]*

please help. I need a solution or a refund. This is not fair.

Sorry to hear that you're being charged for a service you didn't use.

 

We'd recommend going through this Support Article and follow the steps described there.
