this is the most frustrating, i applied for the student discount, presented everythin they required and was denied. BUT.. they charged me $4.99 out of my account cancelled my premium subscription and are ow asking for me to pay the $9.99

What the **bleep** is going on and who can i talk to to get this running.....im on the verge of cancelling due to the lack of customer communication neededwith this company. this is my money you are screwing with.

Hi, kdscobie! First up, how about you take a look at this article about being double charged? It doesn't cover the student discount but it's worth a look. You may also want to read over this article. If all else fails, contact support. I hope you can get this whole thing sorted out!
