I Subscribe Already Using Molpoint

I already pay the premium account using Molpoint, and it shows that i already got the premium account already, but then it shows thay i haven't subscribe yet and it still shows I'm on free account.

Hey @SyedHaqeem, welcome to the community!

 

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You could've subscribed using a different account.

 

If you only have one account, but it's not Premium yet, try reinstalling Spotify on your device to see if it helps.

 

As a last resource, I suggest contacting MOL for more information about the transaction.
