My Question or Issue

I am being charged twice after changing the payment credit card. My old card was closed to online payment due to security. Recently I started to pay for Spotify from a different card with no problem. Then my security issue was fixed and throld card was charged for the same month.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

The "extra" charge you mentioned might be an authorization charge since you updated your Spotify payment method. As a heads-up, any funds held for an authorization charge will be returned to you. It'd be great for you to get in touch with your bank for further clarification since they can give you more details.

 

If you got charged on two different cards, it'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps featured in the section More Help > Do you have more than one Premium account? to find and block the source of these unrecognized charges.
