My Question or Issue

I bought spotify premium on aug 26 and it has changed to the free version today i would like to know why.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

By any chance, have you had one or more failed payments in the past? If so, your most recent successful payment may have covered a shorter Premium period to account for the time you used Premium without a successful payment.

 

If you’d like to continue using Premium, you can re-subscribe at spotify.com/premium.
