Can’t rejoin family plan

Can’t rejoin family plan

Hi, 

 

I left a family plan and I want to rejoin it but it’s now allowing me. Gives me error saying I have to wait 12 months. 

why can’t I re join the same plan?

“You can’t join this plan” 

 

“ you can try joining someone else’s plan once every 12 months” 

 

getting that error when joining same family plan I left. Nothing changed on the family plan.

Thanks for sharing the error message.

 

It means that you've been part of two plans within the last 12 months.

 

For example, you can switch from plan A to plan B, but if you'd like to join plan C, then you'll need to wait 12 months from the date you switched to plan B.

 

I recommend double-checking with the manager of the plan if they're using the same Spotify account as before, since you wouldn't be getting this error message when they're using the same account.

It’s the same plan. Same account. Nothing changed. But I can’t re join the same family plan. 

could this be a system error?
