I can’t cancel my subscription

Please help. Whenever I go to my Apple ID to cancel my subscriptions Spotify Premium doesn’t show up therefore I cannot cancel it and I need it to be cancelled TODAY. And I am 100% sure I have the premium because when I checked the account on Spotify it’s marked as so. Any help??

could it be that your don't pay through the app store but through Spotify directly?
