I can't check out my subscription details

Hello,

 

I can't see my subscription details since my account settings for several days due to system maintenance. How can I cancel my premium subscription?? I bought 3-month 0,99€ premium subscription but I don't remember which date I did.

I have same issue. Now for 3 weeks. 

I haven't been able to update my creditcard information after I got a new credit card.

Spotify can you please fix your webpage. It is startig to be quite an inconvinience.

So try paying from the application when the message to update payment
details pops up worked like a charm for me

I have the exact same issue in the app too. I've been trying to renew my subscription and change country now for nearly a week and as a resuly I've missed it now and have had my premium cancelled because of this. Does anyone have any idea how long this "site maintenance" is going to go on for?

It's not really a site maintenance issue more like if you're using it
abroad this is like a soft ban of sort
Now I'm not sure of the above but it sure does feel like that
I got lucky the payment went through somehow when I tapped the payment
failure notification in App.
Again keep trying that way

Thanks for the response. I can't even cancel this subscription and open a whole new one because I can't access my "subscriptions" tab (both site and app) because of the maintenance that's been going on now for five days. It's a Canadian account. I'm in Europe right now.
