I can't download music because I reinstalled too many times

My Question or Issue

 I uninstalled spotify a few times in the last few months in order to play large games, since my internal storage is tiny. Upon my recent reinstall it says I can't download music because I've used premium on my max number of devices. But its all been on one phone. Please help.

Could you try removing all of your devices from your offline devices list here, then try reinstalling the app to see if that helps?
