I can't enter credit card security code

I need to update my credit card - I can enter the number and expiry date OK, but the cursor does not appear in the security card section, although it highlights when the mouse cursor is on it.

Yes numlock is on - doesn't work with either set of keyboard digits - the number pad or the alphanumeric!
