I can't integrate a Premium Family plan

I can't integrate a Premium Family plan

Hello! A few days ago I had problems with the "Premium Family Plan". The system automatically took me out and the owner has not taken me out of the plan. If you could help me, I would appreciate it! Thank you!

Do you actually live in the same address as the owner?

 

If you do actually live on the same address, you can contact someone from Spotify here or shoot them a tweet at @SpotifyCares. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

Hi! Thanks for the answer! Yes, I put all the information in the correct order, but I discovered that I didn't receive an account confirmation email until after the system took me out of the plan.
