Almost a month ago I paid for 3 Months Premium for a dollar and it said transaction failed but I still got charged this is not fair. Can someone help me like give me my money's worth or give me the premium.

Still on free plan, while iphone subscription is valid

Hi, i've been paying with itunescredits. As you can see my subscription is running. But Spotify still shows as free. Please fix. Both my spotify email and app-store email are the same.

Switching countries after 14 days

I didn't realize you are only allowed to use your Spotify account abroad for 14 days. I have just moved to New Zealand and now I am unable to login in to switch the country. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance-Stephanie
