I can't login to Hulu anywhere

My Question or Issue

I have activated my Hulu account through Spotify and I have been able to watch Hulu on my phone for a while now, but I've never been able to watch it on my PC or any other device I have tried to login to. When I try to login to Hulu anywhere with my Spotify credentials it says it's wrong, and when I send a password reset link I don't receive one. I also can't contact Hulu because you need an account to do that, but how am I supposed to login to contact them if my login doesn't work!

Somehow you probably have more than one account. You may have two different Spotify accounts.

On your phone, you should look into the details of your Hulu account to see which e-mail address it is associated with, and also look at this information for your Spotify account.

Your Hulu password is not automatically the same as your Spotify password. The two accounts are linked, but they do not use the same password. It is certainly possible to set the same password for both accounts, but this does not happen automatically.

Put another way: The Spotify account that is linked to your Hulu account may not be the account you think it is. You may be trying to log into Hulu with an e-mail address that is NOT the e-mail address associated with your Spotify account. The passwords may not be the same, but the e-mail addresses should be the same for both accounts.

I 100% only have one spotify account. The email is the correct one as well. 😕

actually i figured it out, since i have made my spotify account my email was 1 digit off because i mis-typed it, i fixed it now
