I can't login

I don't remember my login or my password.  My account was charged almost a month ago and I haven't been able to use the service because I cannot remember the login information.  What do I do from here?

Hi @shakirah56. Please try to reset your password from here. Just enter in any emails you think you may have used until you get a confirmation that a reset has been sent. If that doesn't work, please let me know and we can try a few other things. Cheers!

This still won't because I don't have the email or password. I purchased it for someone, but they can't remember any login information

I would then suggest you reach out to support, see if they can't track down the account with the payment method. To contact support, please fill out the online contact form.
