I can't subscribe to 4 months free offer I got in email

Hey everyone, I got an email from Spotify saying I have got 4 months free offer, but when I click the button, it redirects me to the Plans page where I have to subscribe between paid plans. There's no free offer. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the 4 months free? I’ve attached the images.

Thanks for your patience while this was being looked into.


The offer was, unfortunately, only available to users who haven't had Premium before and it has ended a few days ago, so it can no longer be claimed now by users who haven't had Premium before.

 

I hope this clears things up 🙂

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It's possible that the offer is only available to users who haven't had Premium before, so if you ever had a subscription, you won't be eligible.

 

In any case, it would be great if you can send some screenshots, which show the entire email you received, especially the sender's email address.

 

Make sure to mask any sensitive info, such as your own email address. Feel free to check out this article as well.

Thank you for your response. To answer your question, yes, I have had Spotify Premium a couple of times in the past, but it's been a while since I last subscribed. Now, the email I received doesn't specify that the offer is only for new users, nor does it mention that previous subscribers are ineligible. There's no mention of these conditions even in the fine print.

I've attached a full screenshot of the email showing the sender's email address and details of the offer. When I click on the button in the email, it redirects me to the Plans page where I'm prompted to purchase a plan without any indication of the free offer.

 

Could someone please advise on how I can avail of this free offer? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have recharged my account using the recent offer 119 for 4 months.. but after the payment it is showing just for a month
