I can't subscribe to premium

Hi,
Once I had subscription with my credit card and I would like to subscribe again but I can't do it because the system says that: It looks like you've already taken a trial period, so you're not eligible for this offer. however, you can still subscribe to spotify premium.
I don't need the trial I just want to subscribe to premium but it doesn't let me do it after I click in the change plan. I can only see the plans with free trials.

Help me how can i subscribe?

In this case, we'd suggest you try to subscribe again by using the links @Maxim posted above. It'd be worth to double check if the payment method has sufficient funds, and is:

  • Registered in the same country to your Spotify account.
  • Not expired or canceled.
  • Enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases.
  • Opted into e-commerce and cross border payments.

If your payment method meet these requirements, but the issue persists, try this:

  • Try entering your payment details again using a private/incognito window.
  • Try entering your payment details again using a different device.
  • Get in touch with your payment provider, so they can check if everything is in order.

Hi,
I had a spotify subscription a few years ago and wanted to use the service again. Unfortunately I'm not able to subscribe to the premium plan.

Whenever I click on Get Premium (I tried the app and also the website) it redirects me to my PayPal-Page (which goes through fine) but than refuses my subscription with the error message that I already had a free test month. But I'm not trying to use the free test month. I want to pay for the subscription.

My Question or Issue

I've been trying to subscribe to a Premium plan however I already had an account that used the same credit card so I can't use the trial, yet it's forcing me to take a free trial no matter what. I've found links to supposedly subscribe without using the Free Trial, but they still send me back to the free trial subscription. What can I do?

I  cannot use the free trial as I must have used it years ago. I cannot see how to buy premium without the trial.  Any help would be good.  I don't wish to use a link in a reply, I want to do it through the site?

The same is happening to me. I used to pay for Individual, stopped because I was added to a family plan, and that was just canceled so I'm trying to start paying for it again. However, every button everywhere on the site that I press to pay for Premium leads me to the same plan page, and the only button that's available for Individual is the "Try 1 month free" blablabla. However, I am obviously not eligible for the free trial as I've had it in the past. Upon clicking the button, I receive the message saying I'm ineligible, but I don't get rerouted to a page where I can pay. I'm so baffled.. Does Spotify want my money or not..?

 

I’m unable to get Spotify premium. Every time I try it says I’m not eligible for the free trial but offers no way for me to pay. I have yet to find a link that allows me to pay for premium. I have tried on Mac, PC, iPhone with no success. I’ve even used different browsers. I just got the same error message prompting me that I’m not eligible for the trial and to try a different way but the way provided is still a free trial

the same thing happened to me about a year ago and Support had to provide me with a special link to use. I’m really surprised this is not fixed. I’m about to go on a trip and I guess a competitor will have to do. 


it’s also really disappointing that there’s no way to contact support other than opening this community post.

Hi I have been trying to subscribe to family plan it's showing error for the past month now and I have tried different cards still the same thing 

What should I do 

When i was taking subscription on Student id
I get trouble in Autopay then i used my friend's Bank account to autopay
But i didn't get any subscription because of my limit there showing that you can't take that discount and whatever is this
I didn't take any subscription before that
But fir bhi you are showing that you can't take the 59 wala subscription

same! But i Wanted to do a 1 month free premium trial But it says that i cant Even buy it!
