I'm not receiving a PIN number when I try to pay by Carrier

I'm try to pay for my Duo Premium plan by my orange line number and for the 4th time in a row the app asked for verification by sending a PIN number and I'm not receiving it and I know my phone number is right

If you're not receiving a PIN code to verify the payment, you can reach out to the Boku Support Team, since they handle the payments through mobile providers and can assist you further.

i should be sent a pin code to subscribe for premium for the first time and its not sending anything

1st the pin doesnt reach me , then tried my brother's phone the pin reached but after putting the pin it says cant subscribe , now whenever i  put the phone number it says sorry unable to subscribe to spotify

I am trying to buy premium family, which I successfully bought previously using airtel, today 03/june/2025 I tried doing the same, but I am not receiving the otp, moreover i tried using grameenphone, it says payment failed. What do I do now?

My Question or Issue

Everytime I try to checkout for my family plan or any other subscription, I await for the PIN code for checkout on my operator but nothing comes up. Have tried different device, different phone number of the same sim (operator: Robi/Airtel), tried incognito, tried through a different spotify account. 

Tried with my Grameenphone number, there comes the pin, I don't have balance on that number to continue. Just doesn't come to any Robi/Airtel numbers. 

Have contacted with sim operators, they said they couldn't find any problem from their end and asked to contact Spotify support.

 

Please try to resolve this issue, because I am tired of waiting for the OTP on my blank screen for hours just to purchase my plan.

 

Grameen phone otp isnt working as well. When u i input the otp from grameen it says payment error.

Usually balance short thakle otp pawar pore then oita input korle dekhay je insufficient balance. Kintu eibar payment e nicchena. 350 er moto balance recharge korsilam. 

 

U got any updates regarding this?

My Question or Issue

I wanted to pay for the family premium through mobile number even tho my moblie balance was sufficient. But the problem is, they didn't send the pin code to confirm my purchase. I tried numerous times after waiting patiently for few days. I even tried logged in after logging out from the app and still didn't work. What should I do..?

I want to take Premium Individual. Then I have select PAY BY MOBILE as Payment method, provided all the information correctly, next i have select complete purchase, it shows ‘enter the PIN number we texted you to confirm your payment’, but I didn’t get any PIN after waiting a long time
