What the **bleep** is going on????????

I have Spotify premium on my phone which is ok, yet the spotify on my laptop is free and wont let me purchase premium also the playlists are different yet the email & password remains the same!

I have tried changing my bank details but they arent accepted yet to purchase premium on phone I use the same card?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. We moved your post from the Music chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

 

Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like you're logged into a different account on your PC. Keep in mind that you don't need to purchase Premium on multiple devices since the subscription is tied to your account.

 

That being said, we suggest that you double-check the email you registered on your account by tapping on your profile picture on the upper left corner in the mobile app > Setting and Privacy > Account. There, you'll be able to see your username and email address. Then, log out from the account on your PC by following these specific steps and log back in again with the email address or username you saw in the mobile app and the password. If you don't remember the password, you can reset it here
