I'm not receiving a PIN number when I try to pay by Carrier

I'm try to pay for my Duo Premium plan by my orange line number and for the 4th time in a row the app asked for verification by sending a PIN number and I'm not receiving it and I know my phone number is right

im facing the same issue

same issue man. 300 takar Moto recharge kora robi te for duo plan but they don't send any pin to confirm the payment.

I tried many different airtel/robi number to purchase spotify family plan but couldn't! the otp doesn't come. It had more than enough balance! then I tried gp, it worked. But what's wrong with airtel/robi?

I've been trying to renew my Student Premium subscription using the "Pay by Mobile Number" option at the end of the month, as I’ve done for almost three years. However, I’m currently unable to complete the payment because I’m not receiving the PIN code on my mobile number. I’m still using the same number I’ve always used for payment, so I’m not sure what’s causing the issue. I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this so I can renew my subscription.

When I am doing my payment and after typing the pin happens a error...!?

facing the same issue, not receiving the PIN, tried everything from using a different browser to incognito, I also talked with Airtel customer support, they had no solution, just filed a complaint, I'm assuming this is a problem with the "pay by mobile method", frustrating they haven't fixed it yet 

Like what is the solution here!? How do we resolve this!? Been trying again and again for days.
