Trying to restart my individual subscription

Trying to restart my individual subscription

My Question or Issue

Spotify forced me to cancel my individual premium subscription at the beginning of the year to be able to use gift cards. Now that the gift cards are used they wont let me restart my individual subscription because I already used the trial. I don't want to pay for the duo account because its just me. How do i restart my individual account without doing the trial?? I cannot find the option ANYWHERE. Im losing my mind 😕

Thanks for reaching out

If you’re on a Free subscription, you should be able to switch to an Individual plan using this link. But if you’re still in the period covered by your gift card, you’ll need to wait until that ends and your account goes back to Free. Then you can pick the Individual plan and start a new subscription.

If that doesn’t work, feel free to share a screenshot or let me know the steps you’re taking to get a new Premium Individual, so I can help you figure it out!
