It doesn't allow me to change country

I need to change billing to US, as I want to pay with my US card (company benefit) however It didn't have US as a country when I was a paid account. I reverted to free and now it doesn't show ANY countries.

cannot load my premium account to new phone

We have Duo, but the phone I used to use for Spotify is no longer in use, and with my new phone I can only seem to get Spotify free when I download the app via my Spotify account. How do I get Spotify Duo on my new phone?
