I can't use the payment option of Pay by Mobile

My Question or Issue

I want to change my payment method (I usually pay by card) to "Pay By Mobile". However, when I click that option it just says that "It appears that you're not eligible for this offer. You can still enjoy Premium for the great price below." and redirects me to the option of paying for Family instead. How come? I just want a single account of 129 per month by paying by my mobile provider (Globe Telecom PH)

If paying through your mobile carrier is an option in your country, you shouldn't have any trouble signing up if you follow the steps listed in this article.
