Premium subscription keeps being cancelled after 1 month

 

Since 3 months, every month my premium subscription gets cancelled after one month. Afterwhich, I have to pay via 'ideaal' again to subscribe, only to find out that after another month it gets cancelled again. In the description of the 'ideaal' payment option it says that when I pay with ideaal, I authorize Spotify to subtract 9,99 from my account every month automatically, like I have had for almost a year now. But since the month of March or April it this automatic process stopped and I had to manually subscribe after each month again. I started a topic about this issue two months ago, but it wasn't resolved. I'm getting tired of having to manually subscribe to Spotify premium every month again.

Sorry to hear about the subscription issues you're having. Make sure your card meets the requirements listed here before you're charged on your next renewal date.
