I cannot change my payment method

Hi everyone
My issue is simple I'm from LATAM, and I have different bank account to pay this service, and in this moment when I want to change the credit card to pay the subscription the only information that the platform shows is that is not possible because is not the currency of my country and when I want to change of my country is not possible as well someone maybe could provide more information about this issues
