I cannot start a Spotify free trial even though I have never started one before

My Question or Issue

I recently got a 3 month free subscription from the fortnite promotion. Whenever I put in my card info it says I have already started a premium trial in the past... I have not. I have tried with multiple cards aswell.

Could you try subscribing to Premium using that link in a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, send me a screenshot of the error message you're seeing and I'll take a closer look.
