My Question or Issue

I wish to swap from the normal premium to Spotify Duo. I already updated my payment option, but no matter what plan I try to switch to, it keeps giving my the error. Could it be because I signed up with Facebook?

Could you let me know what happens when you try to change your plan here using a different browser or private window? If you get an error message, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community), and I'll take a closer look?
